What age group is AI Explorers designed for?

AI Explorers is designed for children aged 8 to 16. Sessions are adapted based on the age group attending — younger children get more guided creative-focused activities while older participants get more independence and deeper exploration.

Does my child need any technology experience?

None at all. AI Explorers starts from absolute zero — no coding, no prior AI experience, and no technical background required. If your child can use a tablet or laptop they have everything they need.

What AI tools will kids be using?

All AI tools used in AI Explorers sessions are age-appropriate, kid-friendly, and content-filtered. We carefully vet every tool before introducing it to participants.

How is responsible AI use taught?

Responsible AI use is woven into every single session from the very first minute. Kids learn what AI can and cannot do, how to recognize AI-generated content, and the importance of fairness, privacy, and honesty when using AI tools.

What does my child take home?

Every participant leaves with something they created themselves. In the full program kids build a portfolio of four projects. In the Mission Launch one-hour session every child completes and keeps one creative project.

Can AI Explorers come to our school, library, or community center?
